William was called to the NSW Bar in 2010 and has practised from 2 Wentworth Chambers since that date.

William joined both the VIC Bar and also the Tax Bar Association in 2019.

William holds a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney (LLM) and is both a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) and Chartered Accountant (CA).

William provides advice and appears in all tax matters relating to corporate transactions and structuring, corporate reconstruction (including income tax, duty and GST), insolvency, trusts, and the tax implications of general commercial arrangements.

William has a specialise interest in the Building and Construction industry and maintains qualifications and industry knowledge for that industry.

William also maintains a criminal law practice and accepts briefs relating to serious Tax Fraud matters.
