Advice can be by written opinion, conference, or telephone conference. This can be for past and future transactions. Kevin also provides advice on access and privilege issues, particularly in the audit context.

In litigation, Kevin prepares the case including documentary evidence, testimony and identification, and management of privileged communications. He develops arguments and appears in various courts and tribunals. In negotiations, Kevin helps devise and execute the negotiating strategy. Kevin also provides second opinions on the meaning and application of the law to the facts of the enquiry.
