Professor Glover is a barrister practising in Melbourne and teaches in the Graduate School of School of Business & Law at RMIT University.
He practises in the commercial area, with particular emphasis on trusts and taxation. John has appeared in state Supreme Courts, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia.
He is the sole author of the texts Equity, Restitution & Fraud (LexisNexis, Sydney, 2004), Commercial Equity: Fiduciary Relationships (Butterworths, Sydney, 1995) and Fraud, Insolvency and Civil Wrongs: Property Rights in Common Law Legal Systems (Dosije, Belgrade, 2011) (in Serbian translation).
He is a co-author of Ford & Lee: The Law of Trusts 4th edn (2010) (looseleaf and online) and has written over 60 book chapters and articles in refereed law journals. Professor Glover is a member of Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Review and Regulation—Taxation List).
