Andrew accepts briefs in contract, taxation, corporations, estate, property and general commercial matters.

 

He has given advice and appeared in matters concerning Director Penalty Notices, debt recovery, GST, CGT, and dealings with the Australian Taxation Office and State Revenue Office in relation to private rulings and objections.

 

Prior to joining the Bar, Andrew was a Senior Associate at Clayton Utz, where he specialised in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Over the course of 8 years as a solicitor, Andrew conducted a wide range of litigation matters in the Supreme Court of Victoria, Supreme Court of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia involving contractual disputes, competition and consumer law and white collar crime.
