Prudence specialises in tax and commercial law. Before coming to the Bar, Prudence worked at the Australian Taxation Office in the Tax Counsel Network providing specialist legal advice on matters under audit, objections and litigation.

Prudence has previously worked at Ernst & Young in the corporate tax and tax controversy teams, and as CEO of a fresh produce export company.

She offers expert advice and representation in federal tax matters, covering areas such as Part IVC assessments, GST, Director penalty notices, debt recovery, capital gains tax, deceased estates, and FATA reporting, and for state taxes; land tax and payroll tax.

Prudence is currently pursuing a Masters in Tax and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
