Joel practices primarily in taxation law.

Before coming to the Bar, Joel was a Director in KPMG Law’s tax controversy practice. He has over 14 years’ tax experience (7 in Australia), covering both disputes (transfer pricing, restructurings, Part IVA, etc) and advisory matters.

Joel is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (UK), and an Associate of the Tax Institute of Australia.
