I have deep experience in tax, having practised in it for over 30 years – as a partner in three national law firms and then at the Bar since 2004.

My experience and fields of practice cover the major federal taxes, including: income and CGT, GST, superannuation, superannuation guarantee charge, and fringe benefits tax.

I handle matters at most stages, including: advice, applying for rulings, drawing and lodging objections, negotiation, mediation, and appealing tax decisions to the AAT or the Federal Court.
