Chris’s practice is centred around tax and superannuation law but is sufficiently broad to cover related commercial issues and tax and superannuation aspects of family law and Wills.

Following additional tax studies at the University of Vienna and the IBFD in Amsterdam, Chris has been increasingly involved in tax matters with an international flavour.

On the domestic front he deals with many property development and succession planning issues where attention to detail is essential.

Where the work involves a dispute with the ATO or SRO Chris’s attention to detail most often ensures that the court or tribunal is avoided.

Chris, who is also a member of the Australasian Tax Teachers Association is a regularly published author of tax technical articles in a wide range of professional journals.

Chris will accept direct (non litigious) briefs from accountants and to the extent possible will work on a fixed fee basis.
