Alissa has a broad commercial law, insolvency and public law practice, and accepts briefs in taxation law.
Prior to joining the Bar, Alissa held roles as a Judicial Registrar of the Federal Court of Australia and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia; a Senior Associate at Clayton Utz; and a Manager in the Office of General Counsel at the Department of Premier and Cabinet in Victoria.
Alissa is an experienced litigator across diverse practice areas, having acted for a range of government and private sector clients including the Australian Taxation Office while at Clayton Utz. Alissa holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws, and an Advanced Certificate in Insolvency. She is also a nationally-accredited mediator.
